Alexandria Green Heritage Corridors

The Leamy Foundation and Central Alexandria Tenants and Residents Association (C.A.T.R.A) are creating Green Corridors around Alexandria and The Vale of Leven to celebrate the vast History and Natural Heritage that the area has to offer. The planting of fruit trees, small native trees bulbs and herbs will not only add some greenery to the area but allow residents and visitors to harvest fresh produce while they enjoy the sites such as the River Leven, local woodlands, hills to the Smollett Fountain, Alexandria Library, and the Masonic Temple. There is so much to celebrate and enjoy in our town.
